Happy Memorial Day!
I want to take this time wish everyone a very safe and happyĀ MemorialĀ Day,Ā and I want to thank all of our veterans (Past, Present, and Future) for all that they have done and continue to do to make this the absolute greatest country on the face of the earth.Ā Ā As a family member of mine once said many years ago regarding our awesome country, āeven at our worst we are still the best!ā
People have literally laid down their lives and given the ultimate sacrifice in order to keep this nation a FREE nation and the Land of Opportunity.Ā In fact, they continue to do so.Ā Moreover, people put their own lives on the line just trying to get here so they can experience and take advantage of the very freedom many take for granted.Ā The bottom line is, freedom isn't free.Ā This fact has never been made more real than when my family and I were traveling and witnessed this in the following video:
As a family, we will never forget thatĀ experienceĀ together.Ā Seeing the family of the fallen soldier watching their loved one come off the plane.Ā Trying to imagine their loss while having gratitude and appreciation for their sacrifice at the same time.
Simply put, we live in the greatest nation on earth. Ā The United States of America is that shining light on a hill because of our service men and women just like this one in the video, and our first responders. Ā People who unselfishly run to the trouble and not away from it. Ā So, on this day, we proudly remember and acknowledge you for your service and all of your sacrifices. Ā Thanks again from a proud American.
Sincerely,
John Morrison
